1.5. Server log files.
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer and stores this in log files. We do not use this data to identify the individual user and there is no evaluation for marketing purposes. The information is processed to ensure the security of our information technology systems and is deleted after six months.

You also have the right to request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data and, if applicable, the right to data portability. These rights exist provided that no statutory retention requirements or other legitimate interests of SwissChuck conflict with the request. 1.7. Technical and organizational measures.
To protect your personal data, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures, which are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.

All information that you transmit to our website, such as inquiries or logins, is encrypted between your browser and our server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can recognize the encrypted connection by the prefix "https://" in the address line of the browser. The online data protection declaration is published in several languages. In the event of deviations, the German version applies.
